  I went here the day before Mother's Day and it was closed before the time specified. I called and left a message stating that it wasn't the first time that the business was closed before closing time. The next day, using caller id, the female manager called me around 8:00am and proceeded to angrily go off on me and then hung up. Now, I could see her being peeved if my message left the night before contained foul language or was nasty in any way but it wasn't. Angry I emailed the owner of the Birmingham establishment. He called and made many excuses for his manager's behavior and then offered me a dozen cupcakes for free, which I politely declined. Maybe I am a little dated but I believe in good service and I know that I did not receive it at " The Cupcake Station", which is sad because their cupcakes really are good however very expensive.

  Just walking in to this establishment puts a huge smile ☺ on my face. The staff are very welcoming, without rushing you. The cupcakes are so pretty, colorful, and just look scrumptious. The place is clean and the prices are affordable. They have sales going on thru the week, so make sure to check that out. The cupcakes are amazing, delicious, fresh, delicate, and just simply fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

  Nice quiet little cupcake place. My friend and I took our sons for their birthdays. The mini cupcake that I got was good, but tasted like it had been out for awhile. The larger ones all were fresh though. I would definitely go back, but I'd get a regular size cupcake and just cut it in half.
