  Every time I try and go there, they mess up my order. I usually enjoy caramel ice caps. They put too much flavor shot in and it makes it nasty. It's very bitter and grainy. Tuck. Then I have to go back which isn't always convenient

  Absolutely the worst Tim Horton's ever. Not that I've been to them all but this place is pathetic. I came in to buy a coffee and work on my computer here 3 times now and each time has been the same: employees ignore the front counter, causing me and other walk-in customers to wait for several minutes; constantly out of something, I hear people try to order a certain bagel or donut and they are out (I think they are slacking in baking); the bickering of employees, complaining of how hard the job is, giving attitude to customers for no apparent reason. Also, it's the hottest Tim Horton's, which I believe contributes to the fly problem here, yes there are usually flies around and on the donuts, so look out!

  The drive thru is usually fast and handles people fast. So that's good. But this location is out of things REGULARLY. Basic things.
